Rural Hospital Overcomes Staffing Shortages Amid Covid-19

Even the biggest hospitals have had a difficult time combating COVID-19, so what are rural hospitals with less staff and fewer supplies and equipment supposed to do? Many hospitals have asked their existing staff members to fill multiple roles.

As per the article, "Radiology staff restocked PPE, moved materials around the hospital, and helped with cleaning. Access registration staff began screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms at the front door. Anesthesiologists supported other staff as more Covid-19 cases arrived at the hospital." Full Story
